No. Core usage is local-first and works without creating an account.

Where is my data stored?

ThinkKeep stores data in your browser local storage and mirrors to chrome.storage.local.

What can I save?

You can save profile notes, feed posts, encounter context, optional reaction history, and reminders.

Can I export my data?

Yes. The dashboard supports CSV export for selected items.
